Why Resource?
Resource Wellbeing is founded on the belief that we each have the capacity to find, discover, reconnect with and draw from our inner and outer resources to support and embody our fullest potential.
To resource, our own well-being means to seek out, engage with and develop the practices, skills, and tools that help us feel more centered, grounded, and supported so we can effectively handle and respond to the growth opportunities and challenges that come our way at work, in our personal lives and in the world around us.
Our Approach
Anchored in the mind/body connection principles of yoga and meditation combined with contemporary movement methods and self-care techniques, our offerings are designed to address the repetitive movements, habitual posturing, long hours, and stressors of working environments in an accessible format that can be integrated throughout the workday and beyond.
Our goal is to empower and inspire busy professionals with the tools, resources, and daily practices they need to help increase energy levels, sustain focus, relieve stress, unravel tension and increase energy to more effectively meet workload demands and be more engaged at work and in everyday life.
